group paging on the Avaya 4612 IP phone 1

group paging works but is hard to hear. 6 phones in paging group. voice breaks up and is low as well. tested hands free calls - works fine.

We could not get the group page to work flawlessly with the IP Phones and resorted to overhead paging.
