I want to group 2 NIC at one IP Address (for performance and Failover)
I use AIX 5.2 at a P650 Box, my Switches are from Cisco and they support this feature.
How can i configure this in AIX?

Previously you have to issue a ifconfig enx detach on all the interface which will create the aggregation.
Keep in mind:
It's better to disable each kind of autonegotiation for each adapter of the aggregation.
It's strongly reccomended to use the same communication settlings for all the adapters of the EtherChannel
All of above is not applied to the backup interface
