Group Mailbox

I realize you can have a group mailbox for a hunt group. However is it possible for the members of that hunt group to use that Voice Mail box instead of their own? i.e. if they receive a call on their own DID (instead of through the hunt group), could that call end up in the hunt group mail box if it isn't answered?

If yes, how can it be done?

You'll need VMPro to do this but yes you can. In VMPro, just set a "Leave Mail" action for that user and point it to the hunt groups' extension.

Or you can use the "Voice Question" instead of "Leave Mail". I use that option becaue it allows you to specify which wav. file to use, and also how long the message recording can be.

But either way, yeah you need Voicemail Pro
