Group Listening Feature Question 1

I'm using the Dterm Series i phones on an NEC NEAX 2000 IPS system. Matworks Version 8.0.1

There is a feature that allows the user to use the handset and the speakerphone at the same time. I think it's called "group listen".

Any hints where to turn this feature on?
Also, is it a system wide feature or just per station?
