Group Hunt

Hi Guys,

I tried to set up an Hunt Group type Linear but when I call the PLDN (DID Number), it rings on the first DN in the GHT List then go to the attendant instead of to ring on the second member of the GHT list.
It works fine if it’s an internal call. Is there limitations in case of external call ?

Any idea what could be the issue ?

Check in LD 57 against the FFC codes for the code GHTA and GHTD. It sounds as if the 7520 phone has the feature GHTD enabled?.

both phones are in the group. It woks fine when i dial the pldn from an internal extension. But if i call from m mobile or other external number on rhe pldn, the first member rings then go to the attendant

Go into LD 49 and print off the IDC tables. You might have a DID number pointing to a different destination.

There is no idc table. I tried to create one with idgt as the ddi number and odgt as the pldn number but it is the same

Go to LD 21 and print your Call Redirection data block.
REQ: PRT
TYPE: RDR
CUST: 0
There is a prompt for Call Forward noANswer treatment for DID calls "FNAD", could be set to ATT instead of FDN. Of course this only applies if you are talking about calls that are not answered. Hunting on a busy is different.

Thanks bdmcdonald99 but same issue. It works fine when member 0 is busy but still go to the attendant if member 1 do not answer.
