We have a group calendar setup in a public folder and everything works fine with it. However, what I want to be able to do is track when people make changes to the calendar. Is there an easy way for me to have any new additions or changes also send me an e-mail telling me of the meeting, almost as if I was invited as a participant. However, I want the notice sent to me automatically so that the clients don't have to do anything. Bascailly any addtions, deletions or changes that happen to that calendar, I will get some kind of e-mail or soemthing that notifies me... Anyone have any idea or soemthing they do that is similar to this? Thanks for any info.

You make it a conference room I think. Not sure but might want to look it up. I haven't done it before. Dan
