Group Announcements play on interal calls but not external call 1

Custom Recordings loaded on SD Card and named the same as the individual groups

I have 3 different Hunt Groups built
Group 1 plays the recordings
Group 2 only plays when dialing the Hunt Group Extension internally. Never plays when an external call goes to it. Just hear my MOH file
Group 3 does the same thing as Group 2

2 channels on Embedded Mail

1st Announcement box is checked
Synchronize calls is checked

Group 1 is accessed by the Fallback for the in coming line group

Group 2 and 3 are accessed by the user pressing and action key from an Auto Attendant
Any thoughts guys

Are the AA options Transfer settings set to normal transfer.
Change them to Transfer.

Normal transfer is like assisted transfer which offers hold first while it try's to transfer the call.

That fixed the issue. I had it set to Transfer earlier but changed it to Normal Transfer when I was trying to solve another issue. And forgot about.
