Group access to multiple shares

I have well over a thousand user shares and I need to add an extra group full access to them. They are currently shared to the individuals plus admins. Is there a batch file or something I could run to save doing each one individually? Strangetimes

yes u can create a batch file using xcacls.exe (from windows 200 res kit)for changing the permissions.This utility is from windws 2000 but is also works on Windows NT without any problems because it works on NTFS partitions.

I got it . xcacls dose not work on shares.I got the right one here rmtshare.exe

Rmtshare.exe is a program that allows you to create shares on both local or remote machines. It also gives you the ability to add, delete or modify permissions on shares.
