Greyed out shortcut menu on 98se

Not sure how or why but, when I right click on the start button it will only allow me to "find".

"Explore" and "Open" are both greyed out. I think it was working before I installed TWEAKUI but, I'm not sure. Not a big deal to me to do a wipe and reload as it hasn't been very long since the last one but, if someone has experience with this issue I would appreciate some feedback.

After writing this question I did a search on tweakUI. I almost immediatly found my answer. I had unchecked all of the drives in tweakui except the drives that were physically on my computer. I rechecked all the boxes, rebooted and everythings fine now.
