Greeting schedule--always plays Non-Business greeting

New 6.1 CICS w/ CP 100 works fine except for the AA greeting. AA always plays the Non-Business greeting.
Each greeting was verified and the schedule was verified using the browser and the telephone. The schedule properly shows greetings 1,2,3,& 4 for Morning, Afternoon, Evening and Non-Business. The system time is set correctly. Yet the AA always responds with the Non-Bus greeting.

Any thoughts?

under operator status ...is business closed.. if so you will always get non bus greeting

7 months until ski season starts...sadly i must resign myself to the warmer weather"this will include a normal 8-5 work day, 5 days a week"
