I have 3 fields in a table. Current Rate, Market Rate, and Renewal Rate. The current rent could be higher or lower than the Market rate. But I want to make the Renewal rate automatically calculate based on this formula. The Current rate cant go higher than 20 dollars, and it cant go over the market rate. Is this possible to so that the renewal rate would automatically fill in based on this.

Not> $20
but you haven't stated what the market rate should be given the criteria are not met - should it be the same as the present market rate or are you just wanting to flag that renewal is required.
