Hi,
I have a Gravis Gamepad, the original 4-button analog version. The gamepad works perfectly with DOS games, however, I have never been able to get it to work properly with Windows 95, 98, or ME -- even on multiple computers. When you attept to calibrate it in Windows, it only recognizes the direction (arrows) button -- non of the 4 fire buttons work and the little calibration cursor moves all over the place -- it does allow me to move the calibration cursor with the arrow buttons though. I use Windows ME now, but on my older system with Windows 95, I was able to get the 4 fire buttons to work. Is my gamepad broken or has anyone else heard of this?
Thanks, Rob Marriott

I don't know if this helps but I had similar problems with a grlp (10 button gravis) but after getting the unified driver (quite large though) from gravis it seemed to sort the problems out.

Thanks, I didn't find a driver at Gravis before, but I'll look again. I purchased a really good Logitech gamepad the other day so it isn't that important anymore.
Thanks,
Rob Marriott
