got winxp on the machine, everything seems ok, however on one particular program certain buttons cant be viewed (blue if this makes any difference), called the products tech support line and they recommended changing the hardware accelerator to try and get round this problem. The problem is still there any ideas on what else i could try and look at???

Which program? Which buttons? What exactly happens/can you see? Any other problems? Machine spec might be useful too.
