Hi, I'm not a programmer but found this place looking for answers to GoLive. I'm a freelance writer, and am setting up a website to display my writing samples. I have scanned some of the brochures I've done, and in layout mode the graphic looks quite good. In preview mode (and online) the text is barely readable. Why the difference in the two mode and is there a way to fix it so the text is clear? Here's an example:

Thanks!

I can read it fine. But that's an awfully big pic. I predict that most people with a slow connection will leave before it downloads.

I recommend you slice it up. Then assemble the pieces in a table, with text areas as text.

.... and don't forget to change the page title.

Thanks again for your answers - obviously they worked! Slicing up the pix and putting them into tables sounds like W-O-R-K but I will do it. And change the page titles.
