Any suggestions appreciated!

One of my users has a Word document - 40 pages and about 20 graphics. It's 18 megs right now. I think some of the graphics are bmp or other large file size format. How can I change those graphics to jpg or something smaller? We want to e-mail this document, so it needs to get down around 10 megs or less.

Many Thanks :) Tom Jacobson ...

Hi Tom,

Adobe Photoshop is the best application for compressing large bitmap files into smaller jpg files for Word documents. There are less expensive applications that may do similar job, but I only use photoshop. You might check into PaintShop Pro.
