Under Exchange 2003, is there a way to only give someone access to one specific folder, such as calendar? When you setup mailbox rights, I don't see an option to pick only one item so when they go through outlook and open another's mailbox, it will allow them to do whatever. We'd like some people to just be able to see other people's calendar but not their inbox and so on? Is this possible? Thanks, Joe

Right click that person's calendar in Outlook, go to permissions, add other person.

Other person then File, Open, Other User's folder, type name, pick folder. OK.
