Grand Totals are incorrect

I have created a report in Crystal 6 in which I have 2 groupings. There are subtotals for each of the groups as well as grand totals. There are 15 fields/formulas included in the report. I also have 3 subreports; one in the report header, one in the group footer, and one in the report footer. There is also a chart in the group footer.

My problem lies in the grand totals for some of the fields. The grand totals are incorrect. For example, the grand total of items sold should be 98,598 but Crystal comes up with 98,401. So far, I've found three grand totals that are not correct. Each grouping (which is essentially each salesperson) is correct - just the grand total is wrong.


I have checked to see if there are some missing people within my groups (they are grouped in a special order). But the "others" are all deleted.

I noticed this error because of a discrepancy with another report which calls nearly identical data from a different table.

Any ideas?

I had the same problem. I found out that sometimes Crystal will add to the calue if when it goes to the next page! Take a look at
