GPRS connection to a server

Does anyone has experience in connecting to an NT server via GPRS? What do I need to do this (if ever)?

As far as I know, set RAS up on the server, connect the phone to the laptop, create a dial-up session on the laptop using the phone as the modem and that should let you connect.
