I installed SUS to apply windows updates automatically to computers in our domain.

The instructions to deploy this are to go into a gpo you want to roll this out to, under Computer Configuration, Administrative Templates, Windows Components, Windows Updates, Configure Automatic Updates.

My problem is that when I go into the properties of any Group Policy I do not have Windows Update listed under Windows Components.

Does anyone know if this is somewhere else or how do I add it here?

Thanks - Kristi

There is an administrative template that you need to load in order to get the "windows update" section to appear in your GPO. Its located here:

Once you download it, just add the wuau.adm to your administrative templates (right click on it in the GPO and choose "add/remove templates".

Hope that helps,
