I have tried to update my gpo files to XP SP2 and found that there the system.adm file in use on the server is actually date stamped later than the one I am trying to copy, so it wont allow me to do it.

Any ideas on how I can update the templates without this "newer version" update rule being applied.

Need to control XP clients in a Windows 2000 server environment.

Any help gratefully received looked all over google and microsofts site.

Thanks John
