GPF's in PB6.5 application

I am working on PB6.5.
The application i have made creates GPF(page faults) very randomly and closes down. Sometimes the application flows smooth and then all of a sudden a GPF occurs.
Is there a way by which i can track down the faulty code?
can you tell me softwares which find memory leaks and correct them?
