got blue screen when backup file with Arcserve

I have some trouble when backuping file with Arcserve tool, my server is crashing (blue screen).
I have a compaq proliant 1600 running with NT4 Tse sp6.
The backup use to running without any trouble for the 6 last year but suddenly it stoped working properly. Is somebody got the same problem

What version of Arcserve are you using? I would go to the Computer Associates web site and download the latest patches for ArcServe:

"My blue screen code 0x00000050 PAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGE_AREA" is a very general error desription. I would do a search on

http://www.technet.com

to see if you can find something that looks close to your error.

If it was working for the past 6 years and then just suddenly stopped, maybe something on your server broke? I would check through the eventviewer logs to see if you can find more information.

You might want to use Dumpexam to take a look at your memory.dmp file. You may be able to see what is causing the blue screen error.

Did you add any hardware to this server lately? When does the blue screen occur? Joseph L. Poandl
