Got A Groupwise abend after installing SP6

I got an abend on the groupwise server after I upgraded NW5.1 sp5 to nw5.1 sp6 I have groupwise 6.0.2 (or SP2)
The server only let to people log in to the system and stoped the other 100 users. Do I have to up grade to Groupwise 6.0.3 in order to up grade the nw 5.1 to sp6 ?
The abend said the thread was owned GWPOA.NLM
CPU Hog Detected
The NLM that was in the stack at the time was GWENN3.NLM
Can any one give me some help with this problem ?
