Hi there.

I just cant seem to climb Google. On Yahoo and MSN i have some great rankings but on Google its a different story. I know i need a few more links in( iv got 30) but there are sites with less links that score a lot higher

Best on Google is 39 which is pathetic.

Terms i am looking for are "Corporate Entertainment Scotland" and Quad biking Scotland".

Any advice greatly appreciated.

that imagemap home page is killing really good rankings.
if you must have the Flash site use a detection script and divert a flash enabled UA and then give users a choice.
PHP is on the server according to the headers, so you could 301 a non-flash UA straight to the HTML pages.
Before anybody yells "cloaking" it's appropriate content delivery, crawlers will get the same content as any other UA.

"Corporate Entertainment Scotland" is a bit of a "willy waving" phrase, fairly competitive (~1.7 mil) but few searches. WT shows 4 a month so extrapolate that to the majors and you may be looking at ~20 a month. You only have that home page (with no text) targeting the phrase.

quad biking and quad biking scotland wouldn't even be a challenge. Either one (or both) should be top 5 on internal linking and on page factors only. quad biking has a reasonable search count as well. 32 on WT so maybe 100+ a month.

Typical results really for many market places. Very few do the word research and then chase phrases that they think people are using.

You need to put in some word research and a bit more work in your titles. Far too many chances for good phrases are wasted on branding.

So long, and thanks for all the fish.

I would get rid of that introductory page altogether, as it really serves no purpose, and would simply be an additional annoying clicking excercise, quite apart from having little indexable content.

If the HTML version on offer was placed as your main page, I'm sure things would improve.

Regards, Andy.
