Good Wake On Lan program

Does anyone know of a good, user friendly WOL program. Currently we use Deep Freeze on our computers, but we don't want to have 1300 computers running 24/7. What we'd like to have happen is that we can shut down the computers at night, then say at 4 am have the computers come on. Then at 4:45 we'd have Deep Freeze go into Maint. mode to up date its virus definitions, and whatever else we want them to do. So I am looking for a WOL program that I can select the computers and store the information, so I don't have to manually start each computer using the WOL program. Hope that makes sense.

I am using the batch script found in the below link to wake up all or some of my computers. It is worth the config time.
