Take a look at business books by the Publisher, Bob Adams, Inc. They have a collection of first rate, inexpensive, paperbacks. I have a business education background and these books, I find, cover all the basics in an understandable way for the non-accountant. The books can be found on Amazon and all the other big internet booksellers. This is stuff you should be familiar with if you are going to start/run any size business.
