i am seeking solution to turn cli (caller line id) on on the main handset, may any of you help in that?

This is not possible, as this product does not use ISDN, only analog lines.
And analog CLI was not possible with this system.
Anyway we did it once, where we installed boxes directly on the incomming lines to show the cli.
However, only do this if you have a few lines, as you need one box per analog line.
