gohere.mydomain.com - How is this done?

Running Apache on Win2K3 server + 2 DNS servers

I am looking to host our own website. We need to have multiple sub-sets of our website. For example:

service.mydomain.com => For tracking service related calls
pod.mydomain.com => For a group of field agents custom page

What do I need? Where do I do this? Remember, we will be hosting our website ourselves.
