Is there anything out there for Access that works like the "Goal Seek" function in Excel?

I don't think so. Probably best done by exporting to Excel and doing it there. Or maybe by storing the data in Excel and linking to the results. That's how I would do it. You can update an Excel spreadsheet from Access using a query.
