I need to figure out how to open a recordset , and create a new table format, but not into a DB, but seperatly by one of the fields, straight into a raw binary file.

go straight from recordset to binary raw file

Well I'm not going to get into great detail, but it's what my CEO wanted, the data is so large, that it would work best to create files for each sic2, this way it can be sent to the client and decoded as it comes in, I cant say too much more than that, but it's for a Mapping project (that also uses Binary to locate a cordinate)
