go live problem 1

I'm building a site for someone and for some reason when I open the site in Explorer the images I placed on the grid move out of place. If you go to another page and then return home to the index.html page everything is in the correct position. Does anybody know how to fix this so when I first bring the site up, everything is in place? If you want to see what I mean go to the following link:
