Having trouble with dialtone on lift of RHL when using the GN9350. Works, but after phone has been sitting idle for 15-30 minutes when pressing talk on cordless headset, handset goes off hook with RHL and it will not draw dial tone. At least on first pass, takes a couple of tries. Will work, just not consistent. Firmware 93 on m3905. Phones BB and GA vintages both having issues. All defaults on GN9350. And phone has cls IRA/OLA and LPK set up right for DNs. Am plugged into the handset jack on phone. Does work, just not consistent all the time on all phones. Call Center environment with approx 50 of these rolling out and seeing dozen or so with issues reporting so far. Looking to see if anyone else out there rolled out same setup and if seen similar issues? Any assistance would be appreciated. Have tried swapping out phones and looked at settings on cordless base all appears ok. Have read some other posts on using M3904s with headset port on call. Don't have that on the m3905. Supervisor builds on m3905 walking around assisting agents want ability to be able to press talk on cordless headset to answer calls to their phones. Only way see was setup on handset port with RHL. But just not a consistent experience. Before anyone asks, I didn't order em, would of went Plantronics. But as of this point not sure which way to go with. Is is hookswitch problem on phones, or something to do with GN9350? thanks in advance...
