Glow option 4 a ellipse circle!!

I'm trying in vain to set a simple glow option onto a ellipse circle..

It's violently easy to do in fireworks but seemingly not so in Freehand!

I've read a few users points from various sources which are pointing me towards

Shadow and Glow > Glow.... ???

This would be all well and good if I could find this option...

I'm currently using Macromedia Freehand 10, Any help would be much appreciated !!
