Global Mailbox Assistance

Hello All,

Hope someone can assist, any help would be greatly appreciated!

I have setup an Exchange Server 2003 and now I am looking to setup a global mailbox so certain staff in the agency can access and read mail through one central point. Is there an option in Exchange to do so?

GroupWise by Novell had a feature called proxy into another mailbox and depending on rights, the user was able to access accordingly...

Hope someone can give me an insight on this...

Set up an AD account, create a mailbox for it, give required users access to that mailbox via Exchange Advanced, Mailbox Rights in ADUC.

Set each of those users to open the additional mailbox.
