Please settle an argument in our office. We have three business areas set up in our crm (say A, B and C). If I customize the account form in the settings-customization area our consultant states that those changes are global changes across all business areas. He states that we cannot isolate the changes to a specific business area. He suggested we create separate tabbed forms if we want something for a specific business area. Is this true or is our consultant way off base? Thanks for all help in advance.
