Can a global catalog server be set up in one LAN then later moved to a different LAN without any problems? Basically, we are in the process of building a new network infrastructure for a different site and we want to get their global catalog server up and running in our network, then eventually move it to their location. It will require the server to change IP addresses...will this cause a problem?

thanks!

No problem...Global Catalog can be turned on and off at will. (The only side effect is the replication traffic)
