Global Address Book

I have installed service pack 3 on Ex 5.5 and can no loger see the global address book. I can see the public folders but that is all. I can also no longer set up any new accounts although the existing ones work fine. Anybody any ideas

Have you tried rebooting the server or restarting the Exchange Services? Where can you not see the GAL from the Client or from the Server? Try rebooting the server as a good starting point.
 
Yep I have tried rebooting, reinstalling, restarting and all the obviuos things I can think of but no joy. It is th clients that cannot see the GAL

That is weird. Upgrading to SP3 should not cause you to lose the GAL view. Can you check on your server and see if you can see any errors in event viewer that may give you something? It is possible you may see some events. There may be something you need to do in Exchange that an event error may give you.

Let me know. I will research and see if I can find anything for you.
