Glitches and more glitches

I have had trouble with the scene tester executing funky unscripted commands. Once I shut the program down and reopen the problem goes away. But I seem to get a different type of error later. I thought it was my scripting at first but found its not. Is Flash inherently 'bugged' or do I have a bad version?<br>
