GIVE RAN : MIRAN Symposium and QUEUE

Hi,

I just want to check... in Symposium if you do the command:

GIVE RAN XX

While the first caller is listening to this message.. and another call arrives... does it have to wait until the whole message is played? the problem here is that we are having a long opening message.

more than likely yes depending on your RAN setup. You can test by dialing the ACOD to the RAN and while listening Dial again from another set.

you can add multi calls to a ran with the correct pkg turned on.
