Give full permission rights to the ASPNET user

Dear All,

I am new to ASP.NET and I am trying to install a component in VS.NET. I am following some instructions on how to do it, however I encountered the following line:-

Give full permission rights to the ASPNET user

How do you do that?

you go to the c:\inetpub\

http://wwwroot

and right click it and in permissions you add the ASPNET user with full permissions

I right clicked however i could not see any Permissions tab or option
