Hi

I'm hoping someone can help me with my query. We use an Avaya cm version 5.2.13 and we have been asked to purchase the above, for someone who is partially sited. Is anyone able to advise if it is compatible with our current release and if not, offer any advise as to what might be a good option?

Many thanks.

Avaya is not listed at their website as a supported IP PBX.

Looks like a SIP phone that has some android tablet functionality. Google Play apps and phone calls.

That phone does not appear to be something that would help someone partially sited with using the phone any better, but I'm not the requester and everyone is different I guess. Touch screens are difficult for me even with "good enough" vision.
That being said, you could use that phone as a 3rd party phone. No different than if you added a Cisco/Polycom phone. It will register and make calls but advanced feature support becomes unsupported/not possible.

If you need accessibility support, give Avaya UAPS a try.
It's designed for this scenario and also allows some call control from the desktop if needed.
