Ghost users in Remote location address book

We have several offices connected thru one exchange organisation and several sites.
between my site = a and my neighbour site = b there is dras connector.
Now the problem is that in my remote site address books at site c , d, e etc show few names which have been long deleted in my site A. Connectivity between site B and C ... E is x.400 thru vsat. there is a dir replication connector between my site A and neighbour B.
What can be the problem and how to fix it?
