ghost server typical util.

Hi,
We have a ghost server that I have been monitoring and I wonder if someone can help me understand if this is normal.

The avg.util is 49.3% w/ a max of 100%. If you watch the interface the traffic will peak at 100% for 5 sec. then go to 0% for 4 sec. which explains the avg.util of 49.5%...Is this normal to have the nic toggle between 100% and ZERO during imaging?

Ok...It's up to 7 sec. on @ 100% and 3 sec off @ 0% for an avg.util of 86.3%...can this be good? Is this just the image being sent at max packet size and considered normal?
