ghost calls 1

I have two opt 11 and they are getting gost calls where some is calling and when answered there is no one there and the caller calls back and says ring tone no reply these systems are part of a netwok any one help

This is not easy to answer. It needs further investigations and information.

Try to restart PRI cards, check configuration of routes and trunks.

Try to disable half och the trunks on the pri cards, and if that doesnt help try to enable them again and disable the other half.

Just to get some more information..
