GH Group leave message

Number is diverted to a GH group with belloning members and messages. After a while when the group number is called instead of a announcment the number gets busy line ?
Whats wrong ? I have members in the group but do i have to ?

During night all i want it to be is a answering machine but during day members should be able to answer the call after the welcome announcment.

What is "number" exactly?
What for an answering machine is it?
How is the "number" diverted? fix (cdini) or manual (procedure)?

ASPAP:pARNUM=178 has the answer i guess this should have the value PARVAL=1 and not 0.
