GFI Mail Essentials "Public Folders Scanning" not Working 1

I noticed there is no GFI Mail Essentials Forum.

Does anyone know of any reason why my "public folders" scanning is not working. I need to restart GFI service, then use "scan now" button.

GFI has user forums available at

http://forums.gfi.com/.

You may want to look there if you haven't already. One person mentioned having to re-install GFI to get it scanning again. I use GFI but do not use the public folders feature.
