-using mail essentials version 7, build 20021016-
Although alot of spam is caught, alot still passes through. I've tested this from various web-based external accounts. I'll send an email to an address behind Mail Essentials, specifically crafted to trigger the keyword filter, but it goes right through. With that said, it does not block *any* attachments, even though the extensions are in the blacklist.
