Gettting the equivelence of "net file" on a remote PC

All,
I am trying to find a way to retrieve a list
of open files, and the userid of the person
who is using them on a remote share (similiar
to what you can get with Server Manager in NT,
or the open shares item in the Computer Manager
MMC in Win2K, or what you can get on your own
PC only with "net files" from the cmd prompt).

I have a feeling this may end up being a bit
over my head... but I want to try if anyone
has any ideas.
