Getting user stats from Exchange 2003

A manager has comlained about some of our employees lack of productivity. In Exchange system manager under message tracking I can pull every sent and recevied message from the user but I can't export it into a report or anything.

Can anyone suggest a way I can export that data besides doing a screen shot?
