GETTING RID OF MAIN TOOLBAR

Create a blank Menu Bar:
Click View, Toolbars, New.
Select Menu Bar under Type
In your code (usually in On_Open) put:
Forms!Form1.MenuBar = "TestMenu"
Form1 is the name of the form opening and TestMenu is the name of the new, blank menu bar.
